After-sales policy
Thank you for choosing Adleque to shop! To ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience, we provide you with the following after-sales guarantees:
- Refund within 7 days
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product. The following conditions apply:
The product must be brand new, unused, and retain the original packaging and all accessories.
A valid order number and proof of purchase are required for a refund application.
- Exchange policy
If the product you received has quality problems or does not match the order, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. The exchange conditions are as follows:
The product is unused and the original packaging is intact.
Please provide clear pictures of the product problem and relevant order information.
- Return process
Contact our customer service team to submit a return or exchange application.
The customer service team will process your application within 1-3 working days and provide detailed instructions for the return or exchange process.
The refund will be returned to the original route within 5-7 working days after we receive and confirm that the returned product is correct. - Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day refund or exchange service:
Products that are damaged or missing due to personal reasons.
Products that have been used, worn, or altered from their original state.
Specially customized products.

Delivery & Terms
For stock products, the delivery time is about 3 days. We will check and confirm the delivery time with you if the stock is not available.
The express delivery cost depends on the sample quantity, weight, carton measurement and which country you would like to send.You can enquiry our sales person for exactly information.
For OEM order, If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the MOQ is 500 units per model.
Depends on the shipping speed of the logistics company, DHL is usually 3-7 days, Fedex is usually 7-10 days etc.
